Went to Bassetlaw got seen quickly by nurse practitioner quick X-ray and all sorted, brilliant service

Mexborough minor injuries rejected me and told me I could no be seen by a nurse led hospital for my injuries

Everyone I met in the unit was efficient and kind. I had previously had an endoscopy but that was over 20 years ago, so I was glad to have someone explain the procedure again. The information on how to breathe to enable the procedure to go smoothly was really useful and greatly helped me. Afterwards Dr Shah explained the results and I was taken to a waiting room and given information leaflets and a report on what had been found and advised what to do when I got home.

The staff were nice and polite and got me prepared for the operation rather quickly. After, I was offered soft food and beverages which i needed. The bed was freshly made too

Reading material for longer wait times would be great

The staff were amazing, very helpful and efficient including the lady taking food orders. Ward was clean and comfortable but 1 toilet door wouldn’t lock.

Toilet lock needs adjusting.

My first visit to the theatre having 2 teeth removed everyone was amazing friendly reception staff , nurses and doctor couldn’t praise them enough.. put me at ease ..Caring A follow up with the surgeon today equally helpful I can only say a big Thank You to everyone

On entering the unit the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I felt at ease although nervous . I was taken to my room and made comfortable but my operation was straight away. I was treated kindly and quickly . I couldn’t believe when I woke up it was all over . My care from then on was amazing . The doctors nurses cares it an exceptional hospital . Thank you .
